PDF: Portable Document Format is a file format created by Adobe Systems in 1993 for displaying two-dimensional documents in a manner independent of the application hardware, software and operating system.

RGB: Red Green Blue color attributes used to create a broad array of other colors

SBO: Small Business Owner

SEO: Search Engine Optimization, the process of improving the quality or volume of traffic to a website from search engines using natural or un-paid search results

URL: Uniform Resource Location, a file’s unique source on the web

XHTML: eXtensible HyperText Markup Language
